I tried to center the banner through the ACP >> Headers and Navigation but still, it doesnt center

my forum is http://clubbies.forummotion.com and We us PunBB

And hence, I figured out CSS is the only way! so, how can I do this?

You can also do it by template editing.

But this should do it in CSS:

Try template editing.
General Admin. -> overall_header_new -> insert this code instead of the default.
