Yup i already want a new banner XD Only because i need to get it more specefic now ;P Well heres the request

Font color : Light blue and Dark blue

Background color : You choose
Any special effects to be added : Again you choose
Things to avoid : Other pokemons, bad frame
Other comments : I would like the pokemon Scizor in the banner too
