Why is it that signature cant be attached in every post? I think it is disabled on the members. I think it should be more challenging if you will be enabling it. Thank you.

After a lot of discussion the staff has come to a conclusion on this.
Reasons for not allowing signatures:

  • Signatures allows members a tool to spam.
  • A lot of signatures of users on a single page will cause the page to load slowly, more time will be required to load the page.
  • If we just allow a few users in a group to add signatures. Other members will start their queries as to why they are not allowed to have a signature when other members can. Sounds unfair based on number of posts.

So lets keep it clean.

Thank you all for your inputs to this suggestion. Maybe in the future we can think of having signatures for members of a group, specifically who is not just active but provide quality to the forum in the form of tutorials, support etc.
