I will give you just one advice.I have seen how good you are at graphics.Copying others work wont help you at all.Try becoming unique and search for your own inspiration around the world.

Try adding the codes (HTML/CSS/JS) in the overall_header template after <div id="pun-head"> part.

You can add CSS either in CSS sheet or inside <style> tags in the templates.

Is it an image? If so, you have to upload it to your image host and add its URL in the CSS.
