For a successful graphic forum anywhere we require a full time gfx designer, which is hard to find by.

We need a gfx designer only if we are going have gfx requests forum. If we make show off and gfx discussion sections, we don't need to hire a gfx person.

Personally I think we should have a GRF forum having 2 sub-fourms inside for show off and support/discussion. I don't prefer to have a request forum.

I think, initially we can have a forum for graphics where people can talk about graphics, softwares and ask all gfx how to's. We can have a sub-forum for graphics show off.

If it expands and becomes very active, we can split it into a category.
