Is there a code like 5247 etc that says the user post he/she made this week??

The above link would work for you. Just put your forum URL and member name whose post will display.

This link will update the post??and in the end of the week will go to 0 again??

Yes, it displays post of a member in last 7 days.
It won't go to 0 on last day as it displays post of last 7 days.

I don't think there is a way to get posts for week by week.
