Okay so SEO friendly websites are Search Engine Optimize I believe thats what the 'O' is but any how... A friendly one is one where it have a meta description and keywords alot around the website. So basically Googlebot goes out and looks at all the Websites 1 million+ but when it sees a website for example the Meta tag saying "We buy used cars" and the key words let say "Buy, Used, Cars, SuperMonkey Inc. Then sees the exact words used in both used a lot, gets on top of Google's website. So what im saying is A SEO friendly website is one that is on top of Search Engines list.

My teacher asked his supervisors who are your everyday web developers and designers, they also say that's a Million dollar question that Google doesn't tell us
