Oh well , I know this place isn't yahoo answers >.> , But you people aren't less than people who answer there Razz
Uhh Yeah , I mean , now a days I just get suddenly out of no where get a little worried about stuff like , "If I din't do well in exams , what'll happen" & more stuff like this and that etc.
And after being worried so much I get a friggin' headache out of no where T-T
So any suggestion people?
And pleeeees do not say stuff like

There are much more hardships people face than us. So why worry? We are lucky not to face such drastic situations like hunger, extreme poverty, terrorism states.
Exams etc are just there, even if you don't do well in exams you still can be a successful person in the future.

When you start thinking about something, you can even start doing or playing a thing that you like. For me its football, when i am stressed out i just see any football game it just destresses me out.

There is no such thing in anyone's life as an unimportant day!

Getting worried is usual thing for all. Its important to learn how to kick the worries out of your mind. You just need to set your mind to a different frequency.

Whenever you get negative thoughts in your mind, immediately start thinking of exactly opposite situation or just think/do something that you always like to do. If you are worried if you'll do good in exams, start planning for your summer vacation Razz keep thinking about it and you'll feel good.

This exercise will set your thoughts to a different frequency and restore it to default level (no worries, no joy) after few minutes. This is what I do when I am stressed Razz

Okay this answer can't get better. (Especially since I am on my school's suicide watch list XD)

If you feel worried at random, then you feel kind of heavier, like your weighing more. Pressure.

To get rid of it, simply go outside. Smile. Listen to opposite music of what you normally listen to. (For me instead of screamo it's rock, but I have the sounds somewhat telling a tale.)

Now, if that doesn't work, then try this. "HI RANDOM TEACHER! DID YOU KNOW I HAVE ADD!? ADD PROBLEMS, AND I STILL DO GOOD IN MATH! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE."

Win.
