Why This Picture come? and can i chance it?

I already check pic management (Admin panel) but no picture like that?

Hi,

It show up because the Photobucket account that hosts that image has been deleted or exceeded its limit.

To fix it, you don't need to code, you need to reupload the image to another host and update its URL in admin panel, pics management.

but i think it come from css sheetstyle, because there no on pic management?

All you have to do is re-upload the image. This problem can't be fixed with codes.
