[i doubt this is possible, but anyway]

Is it possible to make a HTML with the link like
webartzforum.com/rules (or whatever you want it to say)

like if someone typed that in it would go to a HTML page, I am not asking how to make a HTML page I just asking about the linking. I know I could use bit.ly or tinyurl but i want users to be able to actually type it in their browser and be redirected there??

It isnt HTML... It's a domain name which you have to buy.

not like this

Don't know what other hosting to use? I find Forumotion really easy and I wouldn't want to loose all my posts and members ect Sad by starting a new forum

I know, if they offerd PHP and SQL it would of been fine Razz

search for JustHost, it's only £3 a month for shared hosting but you get unlimited everything. I got my VPS from them and thats only £140 a month for unlimited everything

No,You can't possible for html to do like that.It is domain name.You must have to buy the domain name from the different of sites.Many of the website are selling host name and domain name.you can Switch to better hosting plane.
