Hi,

You just need a background image and different image for each menu item to be added via pics management in admin panel.

The background image can be added via this CSS code...

Code:
#pun-navlinks {
background : url(IMAGE URL HERE) repeat-y;
}

Yes, adding just a color code instead of image would work as well.
