Other: I have included the PSD file for my youtube elements, please don't change the colors or anything, I just want something really professional to look at, maybe some pictures of the cast and some text reading (GleeksUltimate). I would like the font tracking set to -80 as that is the best was to use it. Please just send me the PSD back. Don't overload it as there is a 256kb size limit for the background once converted to an image
