Font color : see the image provided please
Link to the font to be used : not sure
Text :depends on the rank
Sub text :nope
Background color :see the image pls
Any special effects to be added : nope
Things to avoid : (what you don't want in your image) hope your creation looks exactly [atleast more than 80%] like the image here
