I love the Portal template, I would love having one

Its a downloadable template but I dont know how to put the codes together

I know I should have the CSS in <Style> Tags and all those, but i can distinguish which one is which, so I would love if someone puts me the whole codes together

Have you downloaded it?
Which files did you got with it?

Just try opening the index.html file in a browser and it should work.

But, to be precise, when I copy this paste it to the HTML. it gives me only the text with no pics appearing, and I am not yet sure, where I must add the pics, and no clue being given inside the code

Are you putting it on Forumotion?
Don't forget the CSS codes. There is a style.css file with your template, copy the codes of it and put them inside <style></style> tags that goes between <head></head> tags in the HTML page.

You also need to host the images on your image host site and update the URLs in HTML and CSS codes.

How can i integrate and allow my members to Log in throught the made up Homepage?

Also, Is there a way I can give my members notification about messages they have, by having a small button, appear as soon as the log In through the homepage?

Its not possible to have message notification on HTML page. You can create a log in form though.

Use this tutorial to create form...
http://www.webartzforum.com/tutorials-f7/creating-html-forms-t1250.htm

In the action="" attribute you will put this value : YOURFORUM.com/login.forum?connexion
