Yea, something like weebly. I want to have my own website, where i offer free designing to websites, blogs and forums.

But what should i base the website on? Like a website that allows you to create your own site in theirs. What's the proper name for it?

eg : http://www.w3schools.com/ is a website and webartz is a forum/discussion board

2 - what do you want with it ?
you want to complete the requests of members by building them a site ?
or you have some celebs in mind and gonna build sites only dedicated to them ?

3 - do you want it on forumotion ?
if yes, then you can/must only go with the provided forum software..
