Nick since you have asked this question the 2nd time, i will clarify your question. GFX designers are voluntary staff, they have the right to do requests as per their availability & liking. Everyone tries to help the users who request for gfx, just as Emilio even without being staff. So please do not ask such questions here again questioning someone's responsibility.

Also, i guess Emilio tried one. If you did not provide the complete information, how do you expect someone to complete it correctly.
