Let me take a whack at this. I'll be right back in a few minutes.

The thing about these "slit" style icons is that you have to make it look real. The biggest mistake is in the shadow. People have this tendency to leave the shadow caused by the sleeve over the icon. But if you don't want that icon to appear as if its about to fall out of the sleeve, you want to make it look snug and tight. Thus, you cut the shadow from over the icon, but leave it behind, where it gives the illusion that the icon actually has some volume and depth to it.

Thus, I give you a physically correct slit style icon:



The whole process took me about five minutes. Now all I have to do is a bit of copying for the other icons and you'll have a complete set.

EDIT

And for the piece de resistance! I went back and edited the sleeve's shadow slightly (thinned it out on the edges). Here's the complete set, all PNG, all transparent.

I also realized that the image size isn't exactly what you wanted (you asked for 58x47... which is an odd number really... and the icons I made are 48x48, a more standard size). If you really need the exact size you requested, then you can easily drop those icons on a transparent canvas of that size and re-save the images. Shoot, MS Paint will even work if you want to go cheap.
