How to change background color for this they are when you register on the forum and save but the background color goes white when you put the mouse on it so how to change color of that.

This is how it looks:
Background-color: 110

And this is how it looks when you put the mouse:
Background-color: 210

I checked your test forum and it appears you've fixed the problem.

FYI, when writing CSS for phpBB3-based boards, you should add the tag name to class/ID selectors. The system CSS does this by default, and leaving off the tag names will give your CSS a lower priority than the system CSS.

For example, in your added CSS, you have rules with .forums and .forums .row selectors. You should change these to ul.forums and ul.forums li.row to insure your added CSS has priority over the system CSS.

Simple things like this will keep you from using the !important trump card. And that makes your CSS cleaner and more manageable, because once you start using the !important trump card, you're forced to use it throughout your CSS!
