i visit some promotion forums where i can promote my forum.When i click on new topic,they auto type in some guidelines.Example,i want to request for Basic promotion in that forum,and i click new topic and than a guidelines appear such as "site name","site URL" and such.how do i do that?

i dunno how to do that.Okay a little something like this,you can try this on futureadz.co.cc by clicking on new post in the "basic advertisments" forum.Than when you click new topic there,it loads you to a new page right?And than you type in your message.BUT BEFORE YOU TYPE IN ANYTHING IN THAT BOX,there's some guidelines there right?How do i do that?

You could do it via template editing but it will show the guidelines on all forums then.
