I dont really know how to describe this but i'll try...

this forum,Webartz,has a "About Us" navigation right?How do i make one too?But different stuffs,not about us.I only know how to make the "About Us" as a forum topic and than copying the link and pasting it to the navigation direction URL.But how do i create one WITHOUT posting it in the forum than copying the link?
