Here is my try.
I know its not very good

Nice, i still don't know how to get reflections

Copy/duplicate text layer, flip vertical, move under the top text and set it's transparency to how bright you want it

You can also erase part of the text, or use a gradient map to make the bottom of it appear to 'fade' away
