Is it possible to put a code and the module with recent topics dont move???

I mean the last 9 topics dont move .....

Hi,

If you want to stop the scrolling, you don't need a code for that. Just go to 'Modify' option of recent topic widget in admin panel; and select "No" for "Activate the topics scrolling".
