RSguideMaker can you please provide more comprehensive information of what you want.
"I'll leave it up to you" is not good information..

In most cases transparent background is the best and I wouldn't be surprised if it is so in your case too.

If you are uncertain, then please provide a link to the site, then we would be able to see what colors that will fit your request.

Really sorry RSguideMaker, but that font pretty much sucks big time.. It's too thin, has too bad edges, and it's hard to read. Not a very good font for a logo and I can't use it without crying.

The new font you chose is almost the opposite to News Gothic.
I would have chosen a clean and easy to read font, here's a link to get you started.
