Im not really sure is it a HTML thing or what so i posted it here.
How to make a ranks that goes from left to right and from right to left like here:

In the rank area, go to modify, and input this:

Code:
<marquee behavior="alternate"><b>Member</b></marquee>
Change the Member to whatever you want, and if you want me to add color I will. Just give me the color HTML ID.

Users& groups>Rank administration
Add a rank there.
