I can't figure out how do you make something like this for Ex: http://www.webartzforum.com/Rules-bull-WebArtz-Forum-h1.htm on the Navigation bar I really need to know how to do that cuz I need to make mine like for rules, affiliates etc. can some one please tell me how to do that.

I'm sorry for my ban explains, Now look at this screen shot when you/we click with the mouse on the Rules or About us it send you to a page where you see the rules etc. something like that I want to create on the Nav bar...how do I do that

For that you need to create a custom link in your navbar.
Admin CP > Display > Headers & Navigation
You can crate a new link in your nav bar there.

Yes I know that ankillien but I was think if this works with codes and I believe yes.

Now I know how to create link in my navbar but how to make like in a page dose that need any code for it. or anything else so I can make it when ppl click on the rules on the navbar it shows the rules in a page like here at webartzforum Very Happy

For that, first of all, you need to create an HTML page and write the rules in it. Then grab the URL of that HTML page from 'HTML page management' page and put it in the URL field when you make link in nav bar.

I just did that and look how it look like so ugly and it doesn't look like here! what I did wrong or do I need a code for it.
