You can create a forum and place it at the bottom of all other forums. Please this code in its description area.

Yeah.. But the forum name is there, and you can't create one without the name because it dosnt let you.

I don't think that's possible, unless you use something ridicules like a . in the name, but that even looks silly

EDIT: That is unless someone get's ahold of the JS Script Dion used for facebook forum to add soemthing to the footer? Just a thought.
