I’ve recently noticed, since around the 20th of October, certain sites are losing visitors. GA dashboard reveals that traffic is decreasing steadily for about a week. And not just a single site.

What’s wrong people? Can someone explain? Besides Panda and the usual stuff about contents, etc. has something new turned up? Like some new parameter being introduced in ranking? Or something else?

Depreciation I think. While you said about the sites losing traffic, I am sure there are sites gaining traffic.
Let's not be hasty. I mean a week is hardly enough time to rush to any kind of conclusion.

If there are any issues related to Panda, You please check Google Panda Algorithms it’s about contents and all, or you can keep doing some Off-page techniques it will help you to get back traffic flow to your site. There are many updates in Panda algorithms latest you can find 3.4 which also help you to know new parameter introduced in ranking.
