For example if someone cant register you must have a guest part where he can say that and you solve the problem. Thats a benefit. Smile

Oh, If you ask about that here we go. Many people are in rush for some unknown reason on internet, and posting a comment as a guest is faster way. They love your blog, but why should they register when they can post like unknown dude Very Happy

I guess thats not it.

Guests posts are those posted by writers other than official authors of a blog site. If I write an article on your blog as a guest writer, it makes a guest post. The article is written and submitted by me but posted by you on my behalf.

It has nothing to do with comments and registration.

On my blog, I have guest blog disabled, but I have different user ranks instead. So you have editor, user, etc.

I'm totally against guest posting. If they want to post, make an account. I'm a little more considerate when it comes to guest forum posts, for the reason that you said:

Guest posts are not just typed and posted on any blog. The guest blogger will prepare the article and submit it to the site owner.

The article will be checked and if it sounds fine and as per standards of the website, it will be posted by the owner on behalf of the guest logger.

In return, the guest blogger can get paid, or get a link back to his website and credits in the end of article which might say something like: "The guest post submitted by ankillien, the admin of WebArtzForum.com. Visit his site for more web design tutorials."

Guest posting means writing and publishing an article on someone other’s high ranked or popular blog or website and in return for your efforts you are usually allowed to link back to your own blog or website. Getting a guest post on a popular blog is a great way to make traffic and enhance your exposure. Guest posting is also helping to make relationships with other bloggers and it is also introducing you to new communities.

Yeah guest posts can be a very useful marketing tool for syndicating content. Many start out sites may be thin in content and require articles to populate the site. If articles are rich and informative (useful to the user) then that works for the host. The donor then may get a link back to his/her site crediting him/her with the article. Great way of building backlinks to your site in a legitimate way.
