Can anybody tell me how can I fit my image in the box without elongated or deformed? My image is square shaped and the box on a template has rectangular arguments. Crying or Very sad

Hi, gbjump.
I wonder what's the difference between image scaling and image resizing? Can't we
define the size of images with both of these ways?

Best regards,
Arron
