Hello, I'm trying to get a nice looking banner for our graphics forum.

Type of creation: Banner
Size of the image: 380*120
Text: can you use this logo?

Background color :Only these colors - Red, Silver, Black, and White

Any special effects to be added : I'm not specific, but make it gaming-like with some images of game characters like Master-Chief, God of War.

In there I see you need it made for your graphic forum then you said you need it to be graphic like. Which do you want it more to look like?

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but it's for a gaming forum, so anything to that effect. So I guess with themes of technology and games.

This is what I got so far!

Just feels like I lost the inspiration somewhere!

Green, I have a suggestion for yours. (Yours would beat mine)

Take the picture in link one, and make it pointing towards the call of duty guy on the right but place him right above the red G and the white z or above the red n and g.

Really good Green CoW. The only thing I would suggest adding is what Krazy said with Masterchief (first link) placed there. I'd like to see how it is in the middle above the red G and the white z.

And the subtext should more of the colors of what is in the main text.

Also I forgot to say, but is it possible to make the background transparent, that way it looks good on any background.

I also suggest for the subtext use the font Nueropul, I can't spell the name but its something along the lines of that.

Krazy, I think you should let the requestor the one who suggest what he likes to be added/changed on the staff's work

He has agreed with my requests so far. So thats why I have been helping.

We still need to let him request what he wants coz this is his request thread and he will say what he wants to be added or changed

That's actually a brilliant font, but the subtext font I saw in the banner looks closer to the main text which I am perfectly happy with.

Yes I believe that is the one. I like that font a lot and use it for a lot of different things.

That is not the font that is used in the logo, since I rebuilt the original logo It is close, but the "G" are not the same!

Ok I gave it some more work... Suddenly I did alot of other stuff.


EDIT: Hmmm seems like I have to modify the shadows some!

Yeah that's exactly what I'm talking about. The spacing and coloring of the subtext, the image placement, the sharpness. It's like you read my mind and then some...

Can I ask you to add something with the same logo, a favicon with the red "G" and the "W." After that my request is fulfilled. Really thanks for everything, it really looks amazing.

I know I said G and W, and I was going to change that to GZ, but you picked up on it anyways.
