Things to avoid : (what you don't want in your image) hope your creation looks exactly [atleast more than 80%] like the image here
Other comments : rank bar needed for the following ranks
the image to be reffered ::
in the image you can see that there is a small gap after contributor but when rank bars are made, i hope the extra blank part is removed.
