This is a rather big request so I guess you'll have to wait a while. You probably won't get anyone creating them faster by bumping the thread. I know you won't get it faster done by the staff since we're working with the oldest request first!

Hi there Captain
In your request you wrote "Menagment", are you sure you don't mean "Managment"?

Another problem is that the word "Administrator" is too long! I can't make it to fit and still make it look good. Is it possible to change it to "Admin"? Otherwise I need to make it too small and then it's not readable!

Yeah ditto what Samurai said. I know quite a bit about animation and it takes a lot of dedication, if just one frame for just even 1/10 of a second - it could throw everything off. It's tedious.

Just some constructive criticism.
I don't know about the animation though, something about it. Something small, but still something. Like it stops for a second and the globe rotates faster, it makes the whole rotation seem off. In the first rank image, it has a steady rotation, it doesn't pause or speed up and it looks more .. natural.

Yeah I made that because I thought he wanted to show off that 7111, but you might be correct with your criticism.
