Actually can you just replace this "[" with this "<" and this "]" with this ">". Smile
But with the color tag, should you write <span style="color:white">Title</span> instead of the originally.

This is simple HTML table code. Do you know basic HTML?
This won't require anything more than converting the [] to <> Razz

Btw, why does it look like WebArtz's announcement template? Why are you copying our template style?
