That they have an good portfolio, can provide you with support after they have completed the project, good price, quick turn around.

Theres around 100 things to take into consideration, don't just jump into a company becuase you like there website. Take a look at there previous work, give them a call and talk to them about your needs they will tell you if they capable or not and how fast the turn around is going to be. When I start a project, I always prorvide 1 year support after the matter for free then around £50 every year after that. I think that this is very important as if they knew what they where doing they would not have come to you in the first place.
